Roy When we moved to Whittock road, 1989, all those years ago it seems now. I made friends with Zoe and Ben, we played every single day after school, it seemed as if we lived at each other's houses. I remember your Dad, Roy, he would always say hi to me and ask me something, I was so shy I'd mutter something in return. I remember when he'd get fish and chips takeaway, I was always welcome to share some, that's when I first found out what curry sauce was. One time he asked me to try a pickle cucumber slice with pepper he prepared for an evening treat, I actually liked it. It was summer, we were about 10 and Ben maybe 7 years old, your dad planned to take you and ben to Weston Super mare for one of your birthdays, and he offered to take me too! I always remember that, it was on the train, he bought us an ice cream and we met sonic the hedgehog on the beach front, he got the instant photograph too! I know he loved you both, that day showed it completely.
