Obituary of Richard Charles Meacham

There's far too much to say about Richard to attempt to describe his life in a few words. In the years he spent fighting cancer, Rich was atireless fundraiser and supporter of the charities that cared for him. Throughout the hard times, Rich, Kaye, Olivia and Ryan felt loved, supported and welcomed by the fantastic staff and friends they've made at Penny Brohn and St Peter's Hospice. In honour of Rich's life, please make a donation to one of these fantastic charities. Richard's funeral will take place at 12pm on Thursday 12th July, 2018 at St Paul's Chruch, Southville. Please arrive at 11.30am for a prompt start at 12.00pm - Rich hated lateness! It is Rich's family church and where he married Kaye. Everyone is welcome, but it is a small church so please make room for immediate family and close friends. The service will be followed by a committal at South Bristol Crematorium for immediate family and close friends at 1.30pm The wake will take place at Penny Brohn Cancer Care, everyone is welcome to celebrate Rich's life at the wake. Please arrive at 2.30pm to receive the family at 3.00pm. We are going to raise the roof and the family's wish is for everyone to sing their hearts out. The Anchor pub is on route and will be open if you need a stop off point on the way. Dress code:is traditional dress with an item or splash of red. Family flowers only.
