Obituary of Anne Chivers

Anne passed away peacefully on the 3rd of April surrounded by loved ones. we are raising money in her memory for the Bristol benevolent fund. here is a note from them: The BBI (Bristol Benevolent Institution) an ancient charity, now more than 150 years old, was founded by and for the people of Bristol. Any elderly Bristolian in need, can apply to BBI for help if they are struggling to manage. We offer ongoing financial help and, a dedicated Visitor, to support and befriend. The BBI is truly a charity run for Bristolians and by Bristolians. Covid may have trimmed our ability to help during lockdown, but we know it will not be long before this is over. Since 1869 the City and the BBI have faced many dreadful pandemics and we know that ‘this too shall pass'.
